Founder & CEO

Ryan McKinley

Ryan McKinley is a cannabis patient, researcher, and industry practitioner who began his career as a budtender before dedicating the past five years to focused cannabinoid research. He has reviewed over 3,500 peer‑reviewed studies and authored “Marijuana: A Journey Through the Endocannabinoid System” in the American Journal of Endocannabinoid Medicine. Certified through the Trichome Institute, Cannabis Training University, and Alchemy Academy, he founded The Herbal Rubik’s Cube: a platform built to serve patients, practitioners, and professionals across the cannabis industry.

Donna Stewart

Donna Stewart

Donna earned her B.S. in Pharmacy and began her career in both hospital and retail settings, where she served on the Drug Formulary Committee, Emergency Response Team, and worked as an IV drug interaction specialist. As a Certified Diabetes Educator, she helped launch Kare RX’s diabetes education and outreach program, leading her pharmacy to become the top-performing site in NJ and PA. Later, she transitioned into roles within the pharmaceutical industry and earned a Master’s in Health Communications. Donna combines her clinical background with technical skills in HTML, CSS, Excel, and Access — including building an FDA-aligned research database to support IND development at PolyMedix.

Daniel Jorgensen MD, MPH, MBA

Daniel Jorgensen

Dan is an accomplished physician-executive and clinical development leader with over 25 years of experience in the biotech/biopharma industry with small and large companies, public and private. Dan is a pediatrician with subspecialty training in infectious diseases; public health leader, CDC-trained epidemiologist (EIS Officer); biotech CEO and CMO; advisor; and non-profit board member. As a biotech CMO and CEO, Dan is committed to accelerating and improving the drug development process, with focus on both treatment and prevention. His guidance and assistance with the HRC has been invaluable both scientifically and organizationally.
